Regular registration period

May 8 (Wednesday), 2024 ～June 5 (Wednesday), 2024
Online registration by credit card is possible until the last day of the conference.

There will be no on-site cash registration.

How to register

Please log in with your My Page ID (member number) and password from the Registration/Application for presentation page. If you are not a member, please sign up on the same site to receive an ID and password for the conference before registering.

Payment Method

During the early registration period, payment can be made by credit card or postal transfer.

  • -If you pay by credit card at the time of registration, the payment will be completed once your registration is confirmed. Please note that you will not be able to change your information after entering.
  • -If you choose to pay by postal transfer, please fill in your registration number (will be e-mailed separately), address, and name on the blue payment slip provided at the post office. If that's not possible, please contact our help desk via email.
  • -If you miss the payment deadline (May 10th, Fri), your pre-registration will be cancelled and you will need to re-register during the regular period.
  • -In general, there will be no refunds.

Receipts and invoices will be issued by the registration system.

  • Participation is free for invited speakers who are not members of the Japanese Society of Microscopy.
  • It is not possible to change your status from a non-member to a member after completing the application. If you wish to participate as a member, please complete the membership process beforehand.
  • 1) The participation fee for members of the Japanese Society of Microscopy is tax-free. Fees for other society members are taxable.
  • 2) The fee will be waived if you become a member (annual fee: 3,000 yen).
