Registration Period

How to register

Please log in via My Page ID (JSM-member ID and password are needed) in the Registration/Application for presentation page. If you are not a JSM member, please sign up on the same site to create ID and password for your registering.

• All participants must complete online registration, even if the participation fee is free.
• Student members of the Japanese Society of Microscopy can attend free of charge, but registration is still required.
• Invited speakers must also complete registration. Participation and banquet fees are waived only for non-member invited speakers.

Payment Method

Credit Card

After completing the registration, a URL for the payment screen will be displayed on the system and sent by email. Payment is completed once the credit card information is entered.
Card payments are managed by Kokusai Bunken Co., Ltd.. On credit card statements, the charges may appear as “Kokusai Bunken Jimu Center”, “International Bunken Jimu Center”, or “IAP CONFERENCE SERVICE” for overseas cards.

Bank Transfer

Please do NOT make a bank transfer before completing online registration. Payments made without a registration number cannot be confirmed.
Please also note that the bank account for conference registration fees is different from the bank account for annual membership fees of the Japanese Society of Microscopy.
Transfers made to the membership fee account will not be recognized as payment for this conference.

If you select bank transfer at registration, please transfer to the specified account after completing the registration.
Payment confirmation may take 3–5 business days after transfer.
Refunds are not available, so please verify your registration details before payment.

• JSM member registration fees are tax-exempt; fees for other society members are taxable.
• Invited speakers who are non-members have both participation and banquet fees waived; if they are JSM members, fees still apply.

(3) Abstract Book Fee

At this Conference, abstracts will only be available in PDF format, and printed copies will not be distributed or sold (there will be no charge for the abstracts). Instructions on how to download PDF files will be posted on this official website in early May 2026.
