※The deadline for bank transfer is May 19(Monday).

Regular registration period

May 16 (Friday), 2025 ～June 11 (Wednesday), 2025
Only credit card payment is available.
(On-site cash registration is NOT available.)

How to register

Please log in via My Page ID (JSM-member ID and password are needed) in the Registration/Application for presentation page. If you are not a JSM member, please sign up on the same site to create ID and password for your registering.

Payment Method

During the early registration period, payment can be made by credit card or bank transfer.

  • -If you pay by credit card at the time of registration, the payment will be completed once your registration is confirmed. Please note that you will not be able to change your information after finishing the registration.
  • -If you choose to pay by bank transfer, please indicate fill your registration number (to be e-mailed after registration), home address, and name on the blue payment slip provided at the post office. If you are inconvenient with this process, please contact our help desk via email.
  • -If you miss the payment deadline (May 19th, Mon), your pre-registration will be cancelled and you will need to re-register before the conference （in this occasion, not discounted registration) .
  • - This conference provides NO service for refunds.

※Information for invited speakers
Invited speakers of “non-member of the Japanese Society of Microscopy” are free of charge for both registration and banquet.
(If invited speakers are “member of the Japanese Society of Microscopy”, both the registration fee and the banquet fee will be charged.)

  • 1) The registration fee for members of the Japanese Society of Microscopy (JSM) is tax-free. Fees for other society members are taxable.
  • 2) For students. If you become a JSM student member (annual fee 3,000 yen) before registration, the registration fee will be free (banquet fee will be charged). Please note that if you join JSM after registration, you will not be reclassified as a JSM student member. Students are encouraged to have the JSM student membership before registration.
  • 3) At the 81st Academic Conference, the registration fee is free for undergraduate students (regardless JSM student members or not).Banquet fee will be charged.

At the 81st Academic Conference, abstracts will only be available in PDF format, and printed copies will not be distributed or sold (there will be no charge for the abstracts). Instructions on how to download PDF files will be posted on this official website around the end of May 2025.
